Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be authorized in advance.
To start a return, please email us at sales@scicontainers.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the freight carrier you selected at checkout to report the issue, then contact us at sales@scicontainers.com so we can assist further.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item (following the process above). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
