C-Series Battery Case - Fire-Resistant eBike Battery Solution

The C-Series Model 40582 is a high-performance, fire-resistant containment system engineered specifically for the storage and transport of high-energy lithium-ion batteries. Built within a K470-40849 aluminum chassis, this model is the premier choice for securing eBike and eScooter batteries.

This container features advanced Cirrux intumescent glass-fiber technology. This lining is designed to contain a thermal runaway event internally, preventing the spread of fire or flames to adjacent batteries or the surrounding area.

Specialized Thermal Protection

Unlike standard storage, the C-Series is built for total containment:

• Thermal Containment: Tested to manage thermal events for batteries up to 814 Watt Hours.
• Fire-Tested Performance: Ensures that in the event of a failure, the exterior surface temperature remains below 100°C.
• Multi-Cell Isolation: Features three separate compartments (approx. 17" x 5.5" x 5" each) to isolate individual batteries and prevent propagation.
