C-Series Battery Case - Fire-Resistant eBike Battery Solution

The C-Series Battery Case (Model 40582) is a high-performance, fire-resistant aluminum container engineered for the safe transport and storage of lithium-ion batteries. Housed within a K470-40849 enclosure, the case combines a robust outer shell with an advanced Cirrux interior lining. This specialized lining is designed to mitigate thermal runaway, internally contain potential cell failures, and prevent fire from spreading to adjacent cells.

Specialized Thermal Protection

Unlike standard storage, the C-Series is built for total containment:

• Thermal Containment: Tested to manage thermal events for batteries up to 814 Watt Hours.
• Fire-Tested Performance: Ensures that in the event of a failure, the exterior surface temperature remains below 100°C.
• Multi-Cell Isolation: Features three separate compartments (approx. 17" x 5.5" x 5" each) to isolate individual batteries and prevent propagation.
